Doors open & rehearsal start: 12:30 PM, rehearsal room with piano (available for the entire event)

⏰ Session 1: 1:00 – 2:30 PM (Studio: Yuan Music)
Please arrive at the building by 12:45 PM, at least 15 minutes before the recital begins, so we can get settled and start on time. Please allow extra time for parking.
Please exit the venue by 2:30 PM.

⏰ Session 2: 2:30 – 4:00 PM (Studio: Ann Wu)
Parking takes time — please arrive at the building by 2:15 PM, at least 15 minutes before the recital begins, so we can get settled and start on time. Please allow extra time for parking.
Please exit the venue by 4:00 PM.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the Music Recital Hall. Please finish any snacks before entering the building.

🌹  FLOWERS AT THE VENUE

The flowers at the venue are shared knitted bouquets provided by us for photos. After use, please return them so other students and teachers can enjoy them as well, they are not available to take home, as they will be reused throughout the event. If any bouquets are taken, a replacement fee may be charged.

If you would like to have flowers for your teacher / child, you are welcome to bring your own and don't leave it in the hall after the events.
